Overall Competition Rules
NOTES FOR THE AUTHORS OF PRINTS AND PROJECTED DIGITAL IMAGES who wish to enter any of the Club’s competitions.

Every care will be taken of all entries but Dudley Camera Club cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage, however caused.
- Each entry in all eight Club Competitions must be submitted no later than the date indicated in the club programme.
- The copyright of all images including all components images making up a digitally produced or other picture must belong to the entrant.
- The use of a photograph, sheet music or book as a prop within a photograph as a part of the overall image is permitted.
- The use of “free of Copyright” and “Copyright expired” images is not permitted.

Members must not submit to the competitions an image or very similar image which has scored
2 or more points in previous rounds during the same season in the same or any other format or medium." - All entries in the Projected Digital Image Competitions must be submitted in the form that is current at the time entries are submitted.
- Dudley Camera Club reserves the right to reproduce any entry in a catalogue, programme, or in any press or promotional activity on behalf of Dudley Camera Club.
- Winning or placed prints or PDI's in any competitions may be included in the Club's website unless specifically asked by the author, not to do so.
