1. There are four sections:
For the 2020 Exhibition to be judged in November 2019 the entry limit will be:
3. The Judge will select which entries are to be accepted the acceptance level aimed for is 180 prints and 125 PDI's.
4. Acceptance of an entry is not a guarantee that the entry will be exhibited.
The committee may withhold any print or PDI considered unsuitable for public display. In the event of any dispute the decision of the committee will be final.
5. Entries must conform to the following:
Print Specifications
Print Size
From en-print to 16” x 20” (400mm x 500mm).
Prints may be trade or home processed.
Print Mounts
All prints must be mounted on board 16” x 20” (400mm x 500mm).
Labeling the Mounts
All Prints entered must bear the authors name and image title on the reverse of the mount.
There should be no title or signing on the print or the face of the mount.
Projected Digital Image Specifications
Maximum Size of a Projected Digital Image
1600 x 1200 pixels in landscape format and entries should be submitted in sRGB mode.
Add a Key Line
In order to separate the image from the background ALL IMAGES should have a 2 pixel frame/border around the image and within the overall size of 1600 x 1200 pixels.
The projector will fill any spare space with black.
Portrait maximum height
Portrait (upright) images must not exceed 1200 pixels in height.
File Name Format
7. Members must not submit to the Annual Exhibition an image, or very similar image in more than one format or medium. Members must not submit an image which has been accepted in a previous Annual Exhibition.
8. "Free of Copyright" pictures and "copyright expired" pictures are not permitted. Their use will lead to disqualification.
9. Dudley Camera Club reserves the right to reproduce any accepted entry in a catalogue or programme and in any press or promotional activity on behalf of Dudley Camera Club. Copyright remains with the author.

File Name Format
- Files should be separated into 2 folders #Your Name# Mono and ~Your Name# Colour
- Number each image file in the order you want them to appear followed by space followed by file name
- Only picture titles to be included in the competition file - DO NOT include your name with the title on the image file.
- DO NOT include any text or watermark in the image itself.
